Looking for an old fashioned favourite or something you've never tried before? Look no further. We are well stocked with preserves and pickles of all kinds. 

Onsite Propagation Room 

We have constructed a grow room in the lower level of the barn so that we can get an early start on growing all of the vegetables and herbs we need.
